An infrared sauna works a bit differently than a traditional one. Instead of heating the air in the cabin, an infrared sauna emits heat rays straight at the user.
This gives you a "deeper" feeling of heat and keeps the temperature inside the sauna at a comfortable level.
Infrared heat therapy are becoming increasingly popular, and there is a good reason for this!
First of all, science has proven again and again that infrared heat therapy works. Secon of all, the lower temperature of the air in the cabin makes it more easier to breath comfortably than in a traditional sauna.
