Made from solid PEFC certified cedar, which is suitable for outdoor use. The tree will retain its beautiful color for many years to come.
The large model in the crescent shape, can accommodate 4-5 people for a relaxing time in the open air. In the wilderness bath you will find an integrated stove with a capacity of approx. 15 kW, a treatment plant, and heater. The integrated stove can quickly heat the water to the desired temerature – without the need for electricity. When the desired temperature is reached, the good heat can easily be retained by activating the thermostatically controlled heater. The heater makes it easy to regulate, and prevent the cooling of the water, which was previously heated by the stove. The tub itself can hold approx. 1700 liters of water, so invite your friends, or family to some great outdoors in the popular, and large hot tub.
Warming of the wilderness bath.
The associated stove is in direct contact with the water. However, a wooden grille ensures that you do not come in contact with the stove, or the chimney. Firewood is placed in the top, the water heats up quickly when the stove is running. The wilderness bath should always be filled with water as otherwise the tub will dry out, and “shrink”. It is therefore important to have a water supply plant that can constantly maintain the water level as it should be.
Good hygiene in the bath water.
The pump, and heater work together. The filter captures larger, and smaller particles of dirt in the water. Before the water flows back into the bath, the bactericidal ozone is added. This system maintains good water hygiene which breaks down organic matter such as bacteria, viruses, allergens, fungi, and odors. If the water is always clean, and hygienic, it gives a greater bathing pleasure.
Ozone alone cannot keep the water 100% healthy. The Spa Company therefore recommends the use of our Starter Kit, which is available for both; with, or without chlorine. The starter kit helps you get started with maintaining, and keeping a good water quality, next to the ozone system. To get a good water quality, the PH value in the water plays a big role. Danish water has a high PH value, and with the help of the product pH minus the value of the water can be regulated. To keep the bacteria count low, the water Klortabs, or Oxy Combitabs can be added from a skimmer. It makes it easier to control the water quality by regularly measuring the water with strips from the starter kit, they can help you tell if more chemicals need to be added to the water.
If you keep a pH value between 6.8, and 7.2 you have a well-regulated, and good water quality in the tub.
If you want to go heat up the tub quickly, you can use the stove, and heater at the same time.
If you have no more firewood, or simply not confident using the wood stove, the water can be heated by using the heater alone, however, calculate extra time for heating the water.
