Deposit is paid in accordance with agreement with Nordkap Living.
Only after the service visit is the specific amount charged.
Applies throughout Malaga with the addition of non-bridge islands. We reserve the right to refuse to service products not purchased from Nordkap Living.
Service within 14 days:
Our service department has divided the country into different zones based on zip code. Based on different geographical areas, we then plan service visits. We ask for your understanding that handling time can be a little longer during holidays, vacations and during illness.
Date and time of service.
When you order a service, we will send a confirmation to you. Our service department will then contact you to determine the exact date and time of the service visit. You will be contacted before service is performed in your area.
The time is stated as expected and not fixed as the exact time of each service visit is difficult to determine. Our service engineers do not know the full scope of the task until they are in place and will always solve the problem to the customer’s satisfaction.
If our installers are delayed, we will keep you informed as far as possible.
Upon arrival, our service technicians carry a service form. Please fill in the arrival time with the installer. After the service is completed, the service form is filled with the spare parts used and the installer goes through what has been done. End the service visit by writing the time the installer completes its visit and sign the service form. If you are unable to attend the service and have asked another person to attend, we will email the service form to you.
You pay a deposit depending on your postal code for service incl. car compensation.
Then the price is paid for the time the installer spends ½ hour on site: EURO 75.00
After the service visit, the specific amount is charged.
