Buy your new shower enclosure at Nordkap Living

At Nordkap Living you will find a carefully selected range of shower cabins, where functionality, comfort and quality go hand in hand. All our cabins are made of tempered safety glass and built to last. The back walls are made of either glass or sanitary acrylic – just like the base tray, which stands on a solid stand with adjustable legs for optimal stability.

Wheels for sliding doors

There are many different types of wheels on the market, but at Nordkap Living we only use solutions that combine high quality with a well-thought-out design.

Where technically possible, we use spring-loaded wheels at the bottom of the cabin, which makes the installation of the doors easier and more precise.

Double wheels are used at the top, which ensure smooth and stable movement of the doors – every time.

Practical corner joints for easy installation

Our popular models ART and 90E are designed with smart corner brackets that make assembly significantly easier – especially in rooms with limited space. Each profile is attached individually to the bracket, ensuring a stable and efficient assembly of the cabin.

Easy and tool-free assembly with click system

Several of our shower enclosures are equipped with the innovative “Easy Way” click system, which makes it possible to assemble the enclosure completely without the use of tools. This makes installation both faster and more convenient – especially for do-it-yourself solutions.

Although tools are still required to connect the water, the actual assembly of the cabin is easy and without screws. The system has been developed with a focus on stability and provides the same solid result as traditional solutions with screwed profiles.

Practical double bottom for easy cleaning

Several of our shower enclosures are designed with a two-piece base, which makes it easy and convenient to clean the drain. The middle section can be lifted off, giving direct access to the drain pan - without having to move the enclosure.

All cabin floors are reinforced with an extra layer of strong fiberglass and mounted on a solid frame with multiple support points, ensuring high stability and long durability.

Please note, however, that a double bottom is not suitable if the drain is not located directly under the cabin or if a drain pump is used. In these cases, Nordkap Living recommends our standard solution with a single bottom.

Aluminum with exclusive surface treatment

At Nordkap Living we only use high-quality aluminum, treated with great care for both durability and aesthetics. Our range includes different surfaces – including matte, brushed and highly polished variants.

What everyone has in common is that we opt out of cheap, shiny spray alloys and instead choose thoroughly tested surface treatments that ensure an elegant look and long service life.

Anti-limescale nozzles for easy maintenance

To make cleaning easier, both body jets, overhead and hand showers in our cabins are equipped with effective anti-limescale nozzles. Each jet opening is equipped with a small rubber membrane that prevents limescale buildup.

Should limescale build up, it can be easily removed by lightly pressing the rubber nozzle – the limescale will be loosened without the use of chemicals or tools. A practical solution that extends the service life and ensures a uniform water jet.

Technical information

Water supply
The water must be led into the wall behind the cabin at a height of approximately 1 meter. The cabin is connected via flexible hoses, which makes installation easy and flexible.

Water pressure
No increased water pressure is required to use our cabins. An integrated distributor controls whether the water is directed to the overhead shower, hand shower or body jets (see the model description under the individual product).
Water consumption is no higher in an advanced model than in a simple one.

Power consumption
Cabins with radio and fan only require a standard 240V power connection.
Steam cabins use approx. 3 kWh during use and must be connected to 240V / 13A on a separate group. Note: Electrical connection must always be carried out by an authorised electrician.

Location
The cabins must be placed in a wet room with floor drains.

Drain
The drain can be placed anywhere under the cabin. If this is not possible, avoid models with a double bottom. To ensure space for the water trap, it is recommended that the drain is not placed directly under the drain in the bottom pan (see the product's technical drawing).

Descaling the steam generator
After use, the steam generator automatically drains excess water into the drain. This reduces limescale build-up and the need for manual descaling.
