Cold water bath – for recovery, well-being and health
At Nordkap Living, we offer cold water tubs that combine classic design with modern functionality. Ice baths have been used for centuries to strengthen the body, increase energy levels and create mental energy. Today, they are popular among both athletes and wellness enthusiasts who want a simple and effective way to recharge body and mind.
Cold water basin with functional design
All of our cold water tubs are created with a focus on comfort, durability and ease of use. Whether you use it after sports, as part of your sauna experience or for cold therapy, the practical design helps make the ice bath a comfortable and safe experience.
Our tubs come with:
-
Insulating lid that keeps the temperature down and the water clean
-
Stairs that make it easy to get in and out
-
Durable materials for a long service life
-
Compact design that fits everything from small patios to larger spa areas
Part of the daily routine
Many of our customers use their ice baths in conjunction with training, as the cold helps reduce muscle soreness and promotes faster recovery. Others enjoy it as part of their sauna experience, where the contrast between heat and cold helps stimulate blood circulation and provide a natural sense of well-being.
In everyday life, the ice bath is also an effective way to gain new energy and mental clarity. The cold forces the body to be present in the moment – an exercise in both willpower and presence.
Maintenance
Keeping your cold water tub in optimal condition requires only simple routines. Regular rinsing, changing the water and using a lid are enough to ensure a clean and fresh experience. If you have a wooden tub, we recommend treating it with oil a couple of times a year to maintain its quality.
Feel free to place the tub in the shade or add ice if you want a lower temperature during the summer period – this helps keep the water cold for longer.
Ready for delivery – and use
When you order a cold water tub from us, we ensure fast and safe delivery. We have combined the most important features into one complete product, so you can easily enjoy the health benefits of ice baths – without the need for additional customization or complicated installations.
If you are unsure about size, choice of materials or location, our advisors are ready to help you get started.
