Please use the form below when you wish to purchase a spare part for one of our products.

You will receive a receipt for this email in your inbox. Please check your spam folder if necessary.

Help us help you
We can find the right spare part faster if you provide:

• Product name
• Invoice number
• Time of purchase (attach a copy of the invoice if your product is under warranty)
• If the product website has a link to a parts list, you can find a part number for the part you want.
• Please send a picture and a brief description of the product/spare part.

Please note that we are constantly developing our products. Therefore, an older product may have different components than newer versions. For example, a hand shower may have changed appearance, or a plastic fitting may have been replaced with a metal fitting. Therefore, it may happen that spare parts for newer versions of the product do not have the same appearance as the part you are missing.

Response times and shipping
We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible — usually within 3 business days.

Unless otherwise agreed, the spare part will be sent as B-post, which is why it may take 4 days before your package arrives.
