Nord Kapliving offers nationwide field service for the products we sell, including saunas, steam generators, bathtubs, showers and faucets. Whether you are facing technical problems or need maintenance, our experienced technicians are ready to assist you on site.

Warranty and complaints

• 3 year warranty on most products.
• Delivery guarantee on spare parts for products delivered after 2017.

• Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act and the defect regulations, which means that you have a 24-month right of complaint from receipt of the goods.

Important:
Warranty and complaints only apply if the fault is not caused by misuse, neglect or self-inflicted damage. If the fault is due to one of these reasons, you will be responsible for costs such as transportation or service visits.

Installer time per half hour started: €50
Waiting time: €40
Environmental surcharge: €8
Spare parts (calculated according to consumption)
Ferry surcharge: €110

Reservation of outbound service

In some cases, you will need to reserve a service visit. An amount will be reserved on your account and will only be deducted once the service has been completed and settled. After ordering, you will receive information about the amount from our Service Department.

1. Outbound Service for Saunas

We offer on-site service for all types of saunas, including installation, repair and maintenance. Our technicians can help with:

• Installation and start-up of the sauna
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical components
• Replacement of defective parts such as heaters, control panels and light sources
• General maintenance and advice on efficient operation

2. Outbound Service for Steam Generators

Steam generators require regular maintenance and attention to ensure optimal functioning. Our technicians can help with:

• Installing and starting up the steam generator

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components and steam functions
• Cleaning and descaling the generator
• Replacement of defective parts such as valves and filters

3. Outbound Service for Bathtubs

Do you need help with your bathtub? Our technicians are ready to assist with:

• Installation and connection to water supply and drainage
• Troubleshooting and repairing leaks or defective valves
• Replacement of defective parts such as plugs or drain systems
• Advice on proper maintenance and care of your bathtub

4. Outbound Service for Showers

We offer on-site service for both shower enclosures and shower systems. Our technicians can help with:

• Installation of shower cabins and systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of defective shower elements such as shower heads, faucets and thermostats
• Cleaning and replacing filters and valves
• Installation of additional features such as water-saving systems or LED lighting

5. Outbound Service for Fixtures

Fixtures require regular attention to ensure they are working properly. Our technicians can help with:

• Repair of defective or leaking fixtures
• Replacement of worn gaskets and valves
• Troubleshooting water pressure and temperature control problems
• General maintenance and adjustment of fixtures for optimal performance
