Installation and start-up of hot tubs

We offer professional installation of your new spa, sauna, bathtub and shower enclosures. We make installation easy and worry-free, so you can quickly start enjoying your new products. Our experienced technicians ensure proper water, drain and electrical connections.

Mounting options

There are two mounting options:

1. Full Installation
   Our professional service team takes care of the entire installation.
2. Self-assembly with Assistance
   You help and save both time and money.

Choose the installation service that best suits your needs.
You can choose between Installation of spas, saunas, baths and shower cabins and Start-up of spas (with fresh or salt water).

After ordering, you will be contacted by our Service Department to arrange a date for installation.

Installation and start-up of outdoor spa

What do we do? Our installer will take care of the following:

• Power connection (assuming power is supplied to the spa).
• Addition of chemical products and a thorough explanation of how they are used.
• Review of the display and control of the spa.
• Introduction to necessary procedures such as venting and maintenance.

Prices for Starting an Outdoor Spa:

• Starting with fresh water: 450 €
• Starting with salt water: 580 €

WiFi and Blue Connect connection as well as setup of purchased extensions are not included in the start-up assistance. We refer to the respective product manuals.

Please note: Delivery of the spa and chemicals as well as setup are not included in this service.

Prerequisites for installing an outdoor spa

Working conditions:

• The spa must be placed in its final location and the travel cover, pallets and straps must be removed before the installer arrives.
• There must be free access to all components such as pumps, heater, control unit, etc. (See drawing on the product page for location of these).

Plumbing:

• The spa must be filled with water to the marked water level, which is indicated on the filter box or a label.

Electricity:

• A 400V 2.5 square supply line connected to a separate group must be provided for the spa. There must also be access to the fuse box.

Installation of indoor swimming pool

Applies to indoor hot tubs (not built-in). The price covers assembly of the hot tub, as well as connection to existing water supply, drain and electricity.

Working conditions:

• There must be reasonable space to carry the tub in and for assembly and installation to be carried out.

Submission:

• Delivery is only carried out on the ground floor.

Plumbing:

• There must be access to the main tap.
• Cold and hot water must be supplied under the tub and consist of 2 ball valves (½”) and 2 check valves (½”) with nipple. If these are not present, this must be stated before installation. The price for ball valves and check valves is €65 per piece, including installation.
• The drain grate must be placed under the tub.

Electricity:

• Power must be supplied under the tub:
  • Spa without heater: 240V 10A
  • Spa with 3.0 kW heater: 400V 16A with 2 phases
  • Spa with 6.0 kW heater: 400V 16A with 3 phases
• The fuse box must be accessible during installation.
