The binding period is 12 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement. After that, the agreement can be terminated in connection with the annual billing, where the notice will be 30 days until the re-invoicing date.

A service subscription includes:

Review of all electrical components.

Including pump(s), heater(s), ozonator(s), electrical box(es), control panel(s), wifi module(s), BlueConnect(s) salt water generator(s) and heat pump(s).

If the hot tub has rental package(s) installed, such as automatic water filling, automatic chlorine dispenser and motorized valve for draining, these should be reviewed and adjusted if necessary.

Cover and cover clips are checked for defects, deficiencies and wear. Filters are checked to see if they need to be replaced. Side panels, skimmer and cover holder are also checked for defects, deficiencies and wear.

The installer can, based on the condition of the spa, see if there are, or have been, problems with the water quality. An assessment is made on site. If you are present yourself, the installer will advise and guide you on this. Everyone will receive a written assessment with photo documentation.

If you have purchased winter shutdown, the installer will drain the spa of water, if this has not already been done. All unions to pumps and heaters will be disconnected and the piping will be drained of water to avoid frost bursts.

Cleaning is not included in the price and will be invoiced separately if necessary.

Alternatively, the installer can set the spa to frost protection (residual mode of 10 degrees) if you have previously requested this in connection with feedback on the service visit. This will reduce power consumption without a winter shutdown being necessary.

All defective parts and components covered by warranty will be replaced during the service visit.

If you have checked that the service visit is outside the warranty and wearing parts must be replaced during the service visit, these will also be replaced against prepayment. You will be asked to make an amount available before the visit via the website. The reservation of the amount will be calculated after the visit and only an amount corresponding to the invoice sent will be deducted, according to current rates.

Pre-ordered parts such as ozonator, filters, cover clips, cover, cover holder, are replaced and installed as part of the service visit. Chemistry and other parts such as batteries and calibration kit for BlueConnect that cannot or must not be installed are provided free of charge if pre-ordered. If you have purchased batteries or calibration kit for BlueConnect, a video will be sent describing how to install these. The installer cannot do this without you and your phone being present, which is why it is not included in the subscription.

Ordered spare parts outside of warranty are installed against payment of an hourly wage of DKK 387 per half hour for the time on site related to the installation of the individual spare part. Examples of this include heating elements, additional heating elements, pumps, etc.

Prerequisites

There must be unobstructed access to the sides of the spa where all pumps are located. If this is not the case, access must be prepared before a service visit (see instructions on the website under the product).

It will be 100% the installer's decision whether there is full or partial access to carry out his work. If the conditions are not in order, it may result in additional costs to create access. € 52 per half hour started. In the extreme case, the visit may be abandoned without service being carried out, at the expense of the subscription.

With a ½ annual or quarterly interval, where Spakompagniet chooses the date and time. If you have chosen to purchase a specific date and time for a service visit, you will be contacted by the service department to coordinate the date and time.

The air temperature is taken into account in relation to winter shutdown. If you have chosen winter shutdown and still experience frost heave, this will be repaired under warranty.

If you have purchased a specific date and time for a service visit, and are present during the visit, the installer will advise on relevant points such as chemistry, maintenance and replacement of components on site.

After the visit, a report will be sent by email containing the following points.

  • Offer for replacement of components outside warranty
  • Advice on chemistry if necessary
  • Advice and offers on energy-saving measures
  • Product replacement suggestions if it's time to replace your product

Additional purchases during the visit

Installers bring a wide selection of chemicals and filters, which can be pre-ordered or purchased during the visit. You save on shipping.

The installer will bring batteries and a calibration kit, which can be pre-ordered or purchased during the visit. You will also save on shipping and will receive instructions and Youtube videos on installation.

If spare parts are replaced or repairs are made that are outside the warranty during the visit, in addition to the spare parts, € 52 will be invoiced for the half hour of labor that can be related to the repair. This saves you € 200 in outbound fees

Please note that the fitter may not be able to bring all spare parts with the car. If the fitter does not have the spare part in the car, a quote for repairs will be sent.

You will receive an email prior to the service visit. Here you will be informed that we will be performing service in the near future, and you will be asked to make a decision on a number of things. If you have purchased the option to select a specific date and time for the service visit, a date and time suggestion will be made.

Installation will be done at an hourly rate of €52 per ½ hour started + additional costs for relevant installation parts such as pipes, fittings and glue. You save a delivery surcharge of €200

  • If the spa is built-in, submerged or not accessible on all sides where electrical components are present, this must be disclosed and access must be prepared prior to the visit.
