Information about your product

Service with or without warranty

If you have a product that requires a service visit, you can order the outbound service via the service form at the bottom of the page.

When your order has been received, you will receive a receipt by email. Remember to check your spam folderif you do not receive it in your inbox.

Help us help you

To ensure that we can quickly find the right service solution, please provide the following:

  • Product name
  • Invoice number (please attach a copy of the invoice)
  • Time of purchase
  • Description of the problem
  • Pictures of the problem
  • Serial number

Response time and service visits

We have divided the country into zones to ensure that all of Denmark is covered within a 14-day period. Service visits are planned based on the number of tasks in each geographic area.

Please note that holidays, public holidays and illness may result in a longer response time in certain cases.

Date and time of service visit

When you book a service, you will receive a confirmation from us. Our service department will then contact you to arrange a date and time for the visit. 

The time of the service visit is stated as an 'expected arrival time'

If the visit to other customers takes longer than expected, the time may be changed.
Should there be a delay, we will keep you updated.
