
Delivery terms
- Pickup and delivery
Nordkap Living generally delivers from day to day. Goods are shipped immediately after order confirmation, either the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of order receipt.
For items that require assembly or testing, delivery time may be 4-5 days.
Pickup:
- Possibility of pickup in Mijas.
- When picking up, delivery costs are waived, except for hot tubs that are tested and prepared at the main warehouse in C/ Verónica 13, 29651 Mijas.
- When picking up hot tubs in C/ Verónica 13, 29651 Mijas half shipping price.
- Delivery costs
- Delivery costs are shown on the product card and the shopping cart table.
- Any waiting time will be invoiced according to the freight forwarder's rates.
- When packing multiple items together, freight is only paid for entire pallets if it is possible to pack them together.
- Excess freight amount will be deducted from the reserved amount, while underpayment will be collected before shipment.
Delivery date and time
- Special transports require a separate agreement.
- The desired delivery day can be specified in the shopping cart, but depends on the carrier's schedule.
- Delivery only takes place on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00 and only to the curb.
- Friday delivery and delivery before holidays cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery requires a solid surface (asphalt, concrete, tiles). The driver determines whether delivery is possible.
Special transports
- For special transport, the price is agreed separately.
- Minimum price for crane delivery to the curb: €640
- All special transport must be arranged and paid for separately.
- Receipt of goods
We strive to secure the goods during shipping, but damage may occur. It is important to check the item upon receipt.
Two types of damage:
- Transport damage – Damage that occurs during shipping is covered by the shipping company.
- Production damage – Damage from production or packaging is covered by the product warranty.
Upon receipt:
- Be home between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to receive the item.
- Check the pallet and packaging for visible damage.
- Take pictures of any damage.
- Always accept with reservations in case of damage.
- If the item is damaged, it must not be moved.
- Report damage immediately to info@nordkapliving.es with pictures and invoice.
Delivery without presence
- Written consent is required when ordering.
- The carrier can deliver the goods, but responsibility passes to the customer.
- Transport damage cannot be compensated if there is no receipt.
Especially about glassware
- Glassware may have internal stresses that can lead to later breakage.
- Upon receipt, the packaging and pallet should be checked thoroughly for signs of damage.
- The packaging should be retained in case a return is necessary.
