Nordkap Living can be contacted by telephone on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. The office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.


2. About our products

Products from nordkapliving.es are sold at the price stated on the product pages, to which any shipping costs are added. The prices on the website are current prices and include VAT. Offer prices are current prices and are not retroactively.

Nordkapliving.es strives to keep stock information as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as being in stock has not just been sold out. An online order is therefore only binding when you have received an order confirmation.

An item that is listed as in stock on nordkapliving.es is generally in stock at the main warehouse.

Nordkapliving.es reserves the right to sell out items as well as any price changes that may occur in connection with reordering items. Displaying items on nordkapliving.es does not constitute an offer, but an invitation to make an offer. A binding agreement is therefore only concluded when the stock status has been checked and you have received an order confirmation.

No items will be shipped without prior payment. Payment must be visible in our system and the amount will be deducted the same day the item is shipped.

3 year warranty

Nordkapliving.es provides a 3-year warranty on all products with the exception of inflatable spas, demo and exhibition models or products that have been moved from their original installation or transferred to a third party.

Special offers

Nordkapliving.es occasionally has offers on selected items. The price is reduced, but the item is – with the above exceptions – still covered by a 3-year warranty.

Demo products

Demo products are products that have been displayed in the exhibition or have minor defects, production damage or similar. They can also be products returned by another customer who has exercised the right of withdrawal. Nordkapliving.es does not sell used products. Demo products are sold at a reduced price and with general right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Demo products are never covered by the 3-year warranty.


3. Payment

All purchases on nordkapliving.es are generally paid for by credit card.

Bank transfer:
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the order must be placed by telephone on +34 683 427 904.
We will then send you an invoice. Please note that it may take several days before the payment is received, depending on the bank and the time of payment. When making a bank transfer, you are not covered by the objection scheme.

Payment card:
Card payment is made via the secure payment system Redsys. The payment is registered when it is completed.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. The amount is debited on the day the item is shipped. A larger amount than the approved amount can never be debited. If an amount that is too high is reserved, only the invoice amount will be debited.

Strong customer authentication:
Legal two-factor authentication is used for all card payments (e.g. SMS code).

If you experience problems with payment, contact us at +34 683 427 904 during the webmaster's opening hours (weekdays 8:00–17:00).

Fees:
There is no fee charged for card payments, unless it is a corporate card.


4. Collection/delivery of products

Items are shipped immediately after order confirmation – usually the same day or the next business day. Items that require assembly or testing are shipped 2–3 days after order confirmation.

When picking up at the warehouse, delivery costs are waived. Spas are excluded, as these always undergo preparation and testing at the main warehouse.

Shipping costs:
The shipping price appears on the product card and in the shopping cart.

Packing:
If the goods can be packed together properly, only freight is charged for whole pallets. This depends on the nature of the goods.

Any overpaid shipping will be refunded. If too little shipping has been selected in the shopping cart, the difference will be charged before shipping.

Delivery time:
Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00 and only to the curb when delivered by a carrier. Nordkapliving.es has no influence on the delivery time on the day.

There must be access for trucks and a solid surface (asphalt, concrete or tiles). Gravel, soil or grass are not considered solid surfaces.


5. Reception

IMPORTANT – upon receipt of your order:

  • Be home between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the day of delivery
  • Check the pallet for damage
  • When in doubt: sign with reservations

Damage must be reported immediately in writing to info@nordkapliving.es with pictures and a copy of the invoice.

If the driver has to wait, the waiting time will be invoiced.

If you sign without reservation or accept a provision, you are liable for visible transport damage.

Important about glass products:
Glass stresses can lead to future breakage. Check packaging carefully and do not damage it when unpacking.


6. Order

You can order via the website, phone (+34 683 427 904) or in person at the store.

For later delivery/collection, prepayment may be required. For long-term storage, storage rent may be charged.


7. Right of complaint and warranty

All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act with a 24-month warranty.

  • The first 6 months: presumption rule – the burden of proof lies with Nordkapliving.es
  • Subsequent 18 months: the burden of proof lies with the customer

Nordkapliving.es also provides a 3-year warranty on most products. Invoice must be presented.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time - normally no later than 2 months after discovery.


8. Right of withdrawal for online purchases

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.

Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@nordkapliving.es or via our digital cancellation function (this can be found at the bottom of the website under customer service). When submitting via our digital cancellation function, you as a customer will receive a confirmation email from us containing the entered information we have received from you, the time and date of submission, as well as information about the subsequent processing process.

The confirmation email you receive from us is your receipt that we have received and registered your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal can also be done by letter. You must send the letter to:

Custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
When purchasing in a physical store, there is no right of withdrawal.


9. Returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
You pay return shipping and are responsible for the goods until receipt.

10. Condition of the goods upon return

The item must appear as new. Any loss in value will be offset.
Especially for glass: returns must be made in the original packaging.


11. Refund

The amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation form and the item.
Any depreciation will be deducted.


12. Personal data policy

Nordkapliving.es records necessary customer information for order processing.
Data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted after 5 years at the latest.

13. Right to complain

Disagreements should be addressed in writing to info@nordkapliving.es.
Responses will be given within 3 business days.
