The straight bench module is dimensionally stable and reasonably impact-resistant, making it a good basis for building a bench in the steam room. Covered with tiles, it is ideal for the humid environment of the bathroom, and is also easy to clean.
When combined with corner module 6279, the modules fit together nicely thanks to the dimensionally stable properties of the extruded polystyrene. There will be no problems with uneven transitions when the tiles are installed.
Furthermore, polystyrene is a material that is lightweight and can be adjusted with common hand tools.
