Installation of outdoor sauna with assistance, sauna or infrared

Prerequisites

– The sauna and all accessories must be purchased and delivered before installation.

Requirements for working conditions during assembly

In order for our installers to perform the work safely and efficiently, all parts of the sauna must be located and ready a maximum of 5-10 meters from the sauna's final location before assembly begins.

Our assembly service does not include transporting the sauna parts over long distances, stairs, steep areas or other difficult to access terrain. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure that the parts are brought to the assembly area before our arrival.

Working conditions
– There must be sufficient space for assembly and installation.
– The sauna must be placed on a flat and stable surface that can support the weight of both the sauna, the stove and the users.

Electrical installation
– When using an electric sauna heater, a 2.5 mm² supply cable for 400 V must be routed to the location of the sauna.
– The connection must be on a separate group.
– The fuse box must be accessible during installation.

Customer participation in assembly
The assembly requires that the customer assists the installer with minor tasks, such as lifting and handling materials. This assistance is part of the assembly solution that is included in the price.

If the customer cannot or does not want to participate, the installation will be carried out as a full installation and the full price for the complete installation will be charged.
