Our 100% natural organic menthol crystals come from controlled organic cultivation (kbA), which means they are natural and unaltered from the mint plant and processed according to the latest standards.

Dosage:
Depending on the size of the sauna, place 1-2 medium-sized crystals in the sauna spoon with water. Then slowly and carefully empty the spoon over the stones – as with a normal infusion.
If desired, please increase the dose slowly.
