Reservation of outbound service

If you have ordered service via the form on this page, you will be called and the scope of service will be estimated.

You will then be prompted to make a reservation to have the service performed.

The amount is reserved with ePay and the amount due according to the specifications is deducted when the service visit is complete.

Outbound service will be charged at the following rates:

Valid throughout Denmark, however with surcharge for non-bridged islands and toll bridges (prices include VAT).

Call including travel: €200
Installer time per half hour on site: €55
Waiting time, service: €40
Environmental surcharge: €7
Spare parts (calculated according to consumption)

Ferry surcharge: €100
Toll bridge surcharge: €40
Repairs carried out at the workshop, per half hour: €50

After the service is completed, the bill will be calculated and the amount due will be deducted from the deposit paid.

If there are more expenses than anticipated, the remaining amount will be charged.

Service delivery

Service within 14 days.

The service department has divided the country into zones, so that the entire country is covered during a 14-day period. The trips are planned according to the number of service visits in each geographical area.

Vacations, holidays and illness may in some cases mean a longer response time.

Date and time of service performance.

When ordering service, you will receive a confirmation. The service department will then contact you to agree on a date and time. Contact will be made immediately before the service is carried out in your area. The time is given as expected, but not fixed, as it does not take much for the day's program to progress. The service technician never knows what awaits him, and will always try to solve the entire task when he is on site

Arrival of fitter.

The service technician will bring a service form. Please fill in the arrival time together with the technician. After the service has been performed, the form will be marked with the spare parts used, and the technician will review the work performed with you. Please finish by marking the departure time and sign the service form. If you are not present yourself or have asked someone else to be present during the service, the form will be emailed to you afterwards.
