Warranty and Complaints

  • 3 year warranty on most products.
  • Delivery guarantee on spare parts for products delivered after 2017.
  • Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act and the defect regulations, which means that you have a 24-month right of complaint from receipt of the goods.

Important:
Warranty and complaints only apply if the fault is not caused by misuse, neglect or self-inflicted damage. If the fault is due to one of these reasons, you will be responsible for costs such as transportation or service visits.

Service for Products Out of Warranty

If you need service on a product that is no longer covered by warranty or is from a different manufacturer, you can order our on-site service.

Call incl. driving: 1,500 DKK
Installer time per half hour started: 387 DKK
Waiting time: 282 DKK
Environmental surcharge: 58 DKK
Spare parts (calculated according to consumption)
Ferry surcharge: 800 DKK
Toll bridge surcharge: 300 DKK
Repair at workshop (per half hour): 387 DKK

Reservation of Outbound Service

In some cases, you will need to reserve a service visit. An amount will be reserved on your account and will only be deducted once the service has been completed and settled. After ordering, you will receive information about the amount from our Service Department.

Onsite Service for Outdoor Spas
 We offer onsite service for all types of outdoor spas, where our technicians can come out and help ensure that your spa is functioning optimally. Among other things, we can assist with:

  • Checking water chemistry and advising on correct balance 
  • Investigation of suspected damage to pipes or other components 
  • Troubleshooting and repairing display or electrical functions
