Running in water with model Aqua Coach 1. Running training in an Aqua Coach pool takes place on a treadmill that is placed under the water surface. Through a Smart Touch intelligent control system, you control your training. There are a total of four different exercise programs.

The benefits of exercising in water are:

• Your body weight feels much easier when exercising in water
• Running in water is more gentle on your joints and muscles than regular running
• The risk of traditional running injuries is significantly reduced
• The water resistance makes the training more efficient

In order to increase the intensity of the training, a powerful jets are placed in front of the treadmill. This increases the water resistance and thus creates a load comparable to a rise of between 1 and 8%. The pool is also equipped with a powerful water massage jet, so you can sit back and enjoy a lovely massage after the workout.

Aqua Coach is also available with three treadmills in the pool (Aqua Coach 3).

Choose from the various exercise programs on the easy-to-use display: Jogging, Acceleration, Sprint and Free-mode to meet individual training requirements. Each user can adjust their own speed, level and training mode as needed.

Massage after exercise
Aqua Fitness Pool has a powerful water jet that acts as a spot massage for those places on the body that require powerful and effective massage. Workout massage can improve and regulate central nervous function and reduce body fatigue. The lactic acid that accumulates in the muscles during exercise can be converted and reduced quite effectively through deep massage after exercise.
