Sauna herbs

The bags of cotton are filled with natural, dried aromatic herbs, without added artificial substances. The sauna herbs are intended for use on the traditional Finnish sauna whips (whips of bundles of leaves), for use in a fountain on top of the sauna stones, and for bathing.

When you go to the sauna, take a bag of sauna herbs, put it in a suitable container (eg a sauna bucket), pour 2-5 liters of boiled water into the container, cover it and wait for 15-20 minutes.
Gently press the bag of herbs to get a stronger infusion. It is recommended to pour the infusion over the body and hair at the end of the sauna procedure – or pour the water with the herbs in a sauna fountain placed on top of the sauna stones so that you can renew the scent of the herbs while you are in the sauna.

Can also be distributed with sauna done in addition to oven. May only be used on large ovens. The small ovens can’t handle it. It is not a drug. Do not use if you suffer from allergies.
